The Pad in Las Vegas is seeking a seasoned Climbing Setting Leader to plan and execute the setting calendar, hire and develop the crew, and manage budget and safety standards onsite. Qualifications

• Substantial commercial setting experience with high-volume delivery.
• Ability to lead, train and discipline crew within HR processes.
• Strong safety and quality standards awareness.
• Clear communication with cross-functional teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead the setting calendar from individual sets to overall climbing mix.
• Hire and develop the setting crew; train, schedule, coach and assess readiness.
• Maintain grade/style mix and manage tools, holds, volumes, and budget.
• Coordinate closures, customer flow, staffing, facilities and incidents with Operations.
• Develop local setting culture while adhering to technical standards.
