Qualifications

• USAC Level 2 or equivalent certification preferred.
• Ability to climb V7+ / 5.13-.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a long-term setting schedule.
• Hire, train, and mentor setters; manage payroll.
• Ensure all routes meet safety standards.
• Manage department budget and inventory.
