Job summary

NiCE is seeking an experienced Lead Client Services Project Manager for Actimize in Hoboken, NJ. You will own end‑to‑end delivery of client implementations from Sales handover through Go‑Live and transition to Managed Services, ensuring on‑time, in‑scope delivery aligned to contract.

The role requires strong governance, risk and budget management, stakeholder communication, and hands‑on change control. You will lead cross‑functional teams across BA, Architecture, Data, Configuration and Testing

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of enterprise software/SaaS project management experience
• Proven ownership of scope, schedule, budget, RAID, and governance
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Hands-on experience with change control and financial tracking
• Experience resolving complex delivery problems across technology, data, and client domains
• Strong experience managing high-severity delivery issues, including root-cause analysis and escalation

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integrated project plan across lifecycle phases
• Own scope, schedule, budget, and resource planning
• Establish and maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
• Define and manage the communication plan (weekly status, SteerCo, exec updates)
• Drive day-to-day execution across BA, Architecture, Data, Configuration, and Testing
• Track progress against milestones and manage slippage
• Be the single point of accountability for delivery outcomes
• Manage scope changes via Change Request/Change Order processes
• Own project financials: forecasting, burn tracking, margin awareness, invoicing alignment
• Escalate risks early and transparently; coordinate Go-Live activities
• Track and manage UAT issues to closure
• Good to Have: Actimize, Financial Crime, AML, Fraud, Compliance, or Banking tech

Project Manager, NiCE Actimate

Role Summary

The Project Manager (PM) in NICE Actimize Professional Services isaccountable for end‑to‑end delivery of client implementations, from Sales handover through Go‑Live and transition to Managed Services / Support.

The PM ownsdelivery governance, scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and client communication, ensuring projects are deliveredon time, within scope, and in line with contractual commitments, using thePS Actimize Project Delivery Methodology (PDM).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain theintegrated project plan, covering all XSE lifecycle phases
• Ownscope, schedule, budget, and resource planning
• Establish and maintainRAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
• Define and manage thecommunication plan(weekly status, SteerCo, exec updates)
• Drive day‑to‑day execution across Business Analysis, Architecture, Data, Configuration, and Testing teams
• Track progress against milestones and proactively manage slippage

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12+ years of experience inenterprise software / SaaS project management
• Proven ownership ofscope, schedule, budget, RAID, and governance
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Hands‑on experience withchange control and financial tracking
• Proven experience identifying, structuring, prioritizing, and resolving complex delivery problems across technology, data, and client domains
• Strong experience managing high‑severity delivery issues, including root‑cause analysis, corrective action planning, and executive escalation

Good to Have

• Experience inActimize, Financial Crime, AML, Fraud, Compliance, or Banking technology
• Experience in service industry
• PMP / PRINCE2 / PMI or equivalent certification
