WinCo Foods is seeking an on-site Store Clerk to support store operations in the designated department (grocery or freight). You will assist the department manager, lead by example, and ensure fast, friendly service to customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional demeanor.
• Ability to lead and assist department staff.
• Ability to multi-task and handle various duties.
• Basic math and weights/measures calculation.
• Stand and lift up to 50 lbs; perform duties safely.
• Minimum age 18 in MT and OR; 21 in other states.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, active service approach.
• Perform clerk duties in grocery or freight and assist the department manager.
• Lead by example and assist assigned employees; address questions.
• Monitor customer flow and checkout lane coverage.
• Maintain cleanliness, displays, and safety in the work area.
• Assist with cashiering, stocking, and related tasks as needed.
