Job summary

Elite Cleaning of Washington is hiring a team lead to supervise daily residential and commercial cleaning jobs in the South Sound area. You will greet clients, manage access, report in the service app, and coach teammates to maintain on-time, high-quality visits.

We offer paid training, equipment, and a clear path from Cleaner Trainee to Trainer, with hourly pay of $21.00–$25.00 based on experience and performance. Eligible for health, retirement, and bonus programs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of paid cleaning experience.
• Lead or supervisor experience preferred (cleaning, hospitality or similar).
• Valid Washington driver licence with an acceptable driving record.
• Reliable vehicle with auto insurance meeting Washington legal minimum liability limits.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Smartphone with a data plan.
• Able to lift 30–40 lbs and work a full service day, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Run the day's residential and commercial jobs with a Trainee or Technician, keeping each on time and to standard.
• Greet clients, handle access and pets, and call the office about extras, lockbox issues or damage.
• Send client notifications in our service app, confirm the checklist and leave job notes.
• Coach newer teammates and help train new hires.
• Drive the team between homes and keep the team bag stocked.
