Job summary

Elite Cleaning of Washington seeks experienced cleaners to service homes and commercial spaces in Washington’s South Sound. You will clean to our detailed checklist, drive the team between locations when needed, and ensure timely, high-quality work with client notifications via our app.

We offer paid training, PTO including Washington paid sick leave, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement from Cleaner Trainee to Team Leader.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of paid professional cleaning experience (residential or commercial).
• Able to clean a full home to a checklist, including deep and move-out cleans.
• References from a cleaning employer or clients we can contact.
• Valid Washington driver license with acceptable driving record.
• Reliable smartphone data plan.
• Able to lift 30–40 lbs and work a full service day.

Responsibilities

Residential & Commercial Cleaning: homes, offices and commercial spaces.
Elite Cleaning of Washington is a veteran-owned company (Washington State certified veteran-owned business) cleaning homes across the South Sound since 2011. We use eco-friendly products, no bleach, and work in two-person teams. We're licensed, bonded and insured.
For experienced professional cleaners only. New to cleaning? Apply as Cleaner Trainee. An experienced cleaner for homes and commercial spaces who drives the team and can run a visit when no Team Leader is on the job.

What you'll do

• Clean full homes and commercial spaces to our checklist at expected room times with few callbacks, including deep and move-out cleans
• Drive the team between homes when paired with a Trainee or Technician I
• When no Team Leader is assigned: split rooms, keep the job on time, finish the checklist, and send client notifications in our service app.

What you need

• At least 12 months of recent paid professional cleaning experience (with a residential or commercial cleaning company, or verifiable self-employed clients). Less than that? Apply as Cleaner Trainee
• Able to clean a full home to a checklist on your own, including deep and move-out cleans
• References from a cleaning employer or clients we can contact
• Valid Washington driver license with an acceptable driving record
• Reliable vehicle with auto insurance meeting Washington legal minimum liability limits
• Pass a criminal background check
• Smartphone with a data plan
• Able to lift 30–40 lbs and work a full service day, with or without reasonable accommodation

Pay and benefits

• $20.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience and performance
• Paid training, plus all equipment and supplies
• PTO that includes Washington paid sick leave: 1 hour for every 40 hours worked, starting day one
• $200 employee referral bonus
• Customer tips go to the team who cleaned
• Overtime at 1.5x over 40 hours a week
• Paid every other Friday by direct deposit
• Mileage reimbursed at $0.50/mile for approved business miles

Growth

Your path with us: Cleaner Trainee → Technician I (by promotion) → Technician II → Team Leader or Trainer.

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
