Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is expanding its field team in Michigan, seeking a Lead Cleaning & Restoration Technician who will perform carpet cleaning, odor removal, and water/fire/mold restoration for homes and businesses. The role starts hands-on with a clear path to leading a crew as we grow and diversify into trauma cleanup later.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on carpet cleaning and/or restoration.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to grow into a crew lead.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional carpet, tile, and odor removal services.
• Perform water, fire, smoke, and mold restoration for residential and commercial customers.
• Learn and follow company standards; quality is non-negotiable.
• Communicate clearly with customers during stressful situations.
• Complete work orders, moisture logs, and photos accurately.
• Maintain and care for equipment and vehicles.
• Grow into leading jobs and train technicians in the future.
• Cross-train into trauma and biohazard cleanup as the company expands.
