Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is expanding its field team across Oakland, Macomb, and Lapeer counties. The role involves hands-on carpet, tile, and odor removal, plus water, fire, smoke, and mold restoration for both homes and businesses.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on experience in carpet cleaning and/or restoration.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check for in-home and business work.
• Physically capable of demanding work (lifting 50+ lbs, moving equipment).
• Able to wear a full-face respirator per IICRC standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional carpet, tile, and odor removal services.
• Conduct water, fire, smoke, and mold restoration for residential and commercial clients.
• Follow company standards to deliver consistent, high-quality work.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, even under stress.
• Accurately complete work orders, moisture logs, and photos.
• Maintain and care for company equipment and vehicles.
• Grow into leading jobs and help train new technicians.
• Opportunity to cross-train into trauma and biohazard cleanup as the company expands.
