Maid Right of New Braunfels is seeking a Lead Cleaner / Trainer and QC to join our team. The role involves leading cleaning teams, training staff, and serving as the main client contact to ensure satisfaction.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm, with occasional evenings and weekends as requested. You will supervise two or more cleaners, perform in-person estimates, and contribute to revenue growth by converting to recurring services.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of team-lead experience.
• Some experience in cleaning; full training provided on Maid Right system.
• Clean background required; transportation and travel around properties may be needed.
• Willingness to make sales calls and assist with operations.

Responsibilities

Maid Right is currently seeking a Lead Cleaner /trainer and QC to join our team. As a Lead Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning residential and light commercial properties, as well as leading cleaning teams. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm, with sometimes evening and weekends hours unless requested.

As the Lead Cleaner, you will be the main point of contact with the customer and your manager. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue through customer retention, and cleaners training. We require some experience for this position, but we will also train you on our Maid Right cleaning system that is effective and easy to learn.

Responsibilities:

Clean residential and light commercial properties in a timely and efficient manner

Lead a team of two or more cleaners and ensure that all cleaning duties are completed thoroughly and to our clients' satisfaction

Communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service

Train new cleaners on our Maid Right cleaning system and ensure that all cleaners are meeting our high standards

Assist with customer retention and drive revenue through converting to recurring cleaning services

Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies. Sometimes you have to buy supplies or pick up supplies from office and source to the staffs

Must have clean background .You have to pay from your background check and after 6 months in the company , we will reimburse the cost. You must have your own transportation to taravel around . Sometimes you have to go and do an in person estimate at properties . You will be required to make few sales calls too and help owner with some operational duties as well.

Must have 3 to 5 years working as a team lead . We will require relevant professional experience
