Job summary

Corporate Cleaning Group is hiring for a Lead Cleaner in Olathe, KS. The role is Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with a pay rate of $16 per hour. The Area Cleaner will take on additional responsibility to ensure cleaning standards are met and maintained in client spaces.

The successful candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated, helping create clean, safe, and welcoming environments for customers. Training will be provided as needed.

Position Summary

The Area Cleaner takes on additional responsibility to ensure the cleaning is being conducted to our standards.

This position requires someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated! In this role, you’ll play a key

part in creating clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for our customers. Your work makes a difference every day

—helping people enjoy healthier, more comfortable environments.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and Disinfect – Perform daily cleaning tasks such as restocking supplies, disinfecting surfaces, restroom cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting/ sanitizing surfaces.
• Keep it Fresh – Maintain neat and organized closets. Follow our Maintenance Monday procedures to ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
• Support Safety – Follow all cleaning, safety, and sanitation guidelines; including ensuring facilities are secure before leaving.
• Hours in Harmony – Clock in and clock out for each work shift.
• Operational Excellence – Follow Job Cards and complete Close Down Checklists. Additional documentation may be required depending on the facility.
• Team Spirit – Work independently and as part of a supportive, friendly team.
