Job summary

Corporate Cleaning Group in Basehor, Kansas is hiring cleaners to create clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for customers after school hours. You’ll perform daily cleaning tasks and play a key role in helping people enjoy healthier environments.

We offer training and support to help you succeed, with Mon.-Fri 5:30-8:30pm shifts and competitive pay at $14.00 per hour, plus a reliable team that values your contribution and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is required.

• Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend for the length of the shift.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 10 pounds.
• Open to feedback after inspections and respond with urgency when needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and Disinfect – Perform daily cleaning tasks such as restocking supplies, disinfecting surfaces, restroom cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting/ sanitizing surfaces.
• Keep it Fresh – Maintain neat and organized closets. Follow our Maintenance Monday procedures to ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
• Support Safety – Follow all cleaning, safety, and sanitation guidelines; including ensuring facilities are secure before leaving.
• Hours in Harmony – Clock in and clock out for each work shift.
• Operational Excellence – Follow Job Cards and complete Close Down Checklists.Additional documentation may be required depending on the facility.
• Team Spirit – Work independently and as part of a supportive, friendly team.
• Make an Impact – Take pride in leaving every space better than you found it.
