• Follow assigned work schedules, route cards as directed; report barriers.
• Report damaged, broken, or out-of-work features/items; maintain equipment and supplies.
• Maintains open communication between field employees and management; documents client communications.
• Train new hires and validate time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
