Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable and experienced Lead to oversee facility operations, delegate tasks, and guide a team at the Towson location. The role includes supervising in the Manager's absence and ensuring standards for clean and safe buildings for workers and customers.

Responsibilities include operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed. Shifts are Tue-Sat, 10:30pm–7:00am, with pay at $19.50 per hour and a comprehensive

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance. A Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present. The Shift Leader demonstrates established standards to keep the buildings/facilities clean and safe for all workers and customers. This role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.

Pay: $19.50/hr. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Available Shifts: Tuesday to Saturday, 10:30pm - 7:00am.
