Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Lead to oversee facility operations. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, coordinating daily tasks, and guiding staff. The Lead supervises in the Manager's absence and ensures standards for cleanliness and safety.

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Bilingual- English and Spanish speaking Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance. A Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present. The Shift Leader demonstrates established standards to keep the buildings/facilities clean and safe for all workers and customers. This role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.

Shift- Full-time 7am-3:30pm

SALARY: $21.45/hr.
