Shift and Pay Rate:
Shift: Monday - Friday 5:00pm - 1:30am
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Note: The listed pay is a range; actual offers depend on experience, skills, location, and market data.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• One (1) year of similar work experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to team members
• Relay communication between team members, clients, customers, and management
• Report performance issues to the Supervisor
• Assist with training the cleaning team
• Coordinate work assignments
• Assist with scheduling
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations
• Manage security of keys and access cards
• Report work orders for maintenance
• Ensure premises are secured
• Coordinate with managers and schedule jobs
• Oversee quality of work and confirm completion
• Train new hires
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
• Complete order forms accurately
• Manage equipment usage and inventories
