Job description

The Lead Cleaner is responsible for providing direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners.

Shift and Pay: Two shifts available: Lead Days (Mon-Sun, 5am-12am) and Lead Nights (Mon-Sun, 5pm-9am). These are part-time, event-based shifts. Pay rate is $22.00/hour, with specific offers based on experience, skills, location, and market data.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 or older
  • No experience required; on-the-job training provided
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree necessary

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience
  • One year of similar work experience

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise team members
  • Communicate with team, client, customers, and management
  • Report performance issues to supervisor
  • Assist with training and scheduling
  • Oversee cleaning operations and ensure quality
  • Manage security of keys and access cards
  • Report maintenance work orders
  • Ensure premises security
  • Coordinate with property managers and cleaning crew
  • Train new hires
  • Monitor supplies, equipment, and chemicals
  • Complete order forms accurately
  • Manage equipment usage and inventories
