Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise daily facility operations, delegate tasks, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures. The role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting janitorial duties as needed.

Pay starts at $20.00 per hour plus a $1,000 signing bonus; schedules include 5am–1:30pm Mon-Fri or 10pm–6:30am Tue-Sat. ABM provides a comprehensive benefits package to eligible team members.

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance. A Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present. The Shift Leader demonstrates established standards to keep the buildings/facilities clean and safe for all workers and customers. This role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.

Pay Rate:$20.00+/hr depending on experience plus a Bonus: $1000! ($500 bonus after 60 days and $500 after 90 days)

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on the applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm orTuesday-Saturday10pm-6:30am
