ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Facilities Lead.

Job Responsibilities:

• The primary responsibility of the Facilities Lead is to direct the work of a team of maintenance employees in providing a safe and well-maintained site. Plan, prioritize, and delegate work assignments.
• Identify resource needs and allocate resources accordingly.
• Manage the formation and distribution of Work Orders (service, repair, and preventive maintenance) and ensure timely completion to quality standards.
• Inspect the quality of the work performed by the team.
• Perform maintenance work as needed.
• Monitor and control supplies and equipment.
• Train or coordinate training in facility maintenance and safety methods, procedures, and techniques.
• Manage and coordinate activities of local service providers and/or subcontractors.
• Answer questions and provide information to the public; investigate complaints and recommend corrective actions as necessary to resolve complaints.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), ten-year work history if available.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer Service Experience
• One year of lead or supervisory experience
• Two years of commercial HVAC experience
