Currently hiring: Lead Night Shift Cleaner

Shift: Monday - Friday 4 PM - 12 AM

We are looking for you to…

• Lead an assigned building/area
• Ensure the facility is kept clean and meets expectations at all times
• Assist in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and supervising department functions and activities
• Enforce custodial workflow to meet standards and expectations
• Maintain effective communication with the client and facility personnel to meet custodial contract needs
• Demonstrate and promote company culture, values, and management philosophy
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Must haves:

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a related field
• Experience managing custodial operations
• Proven experience motivating and training staff
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and achieve effective time management
• Strong service/quality mindset
• Professionalism
• Proven computer skills
