Qualificações

Job Summary:

As a Lead Cleaner, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility, ensuring that all areas are kept clean, sanitary, and safe for clients, staff, and visitors. You will supervise housekeeping staff, manage inventory of cleaning supplies, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained to high standards

• Develop and implement cleaning schedules

• Maintain records of cleaning activities and supplies

• Address any housekeeping-related issues or complaints

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff

• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas

• Manage inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed

• Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing training

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Additional Duties:

• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English

• Ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence in English

• Effectively speak before groups of customers or employees

• Work all hours required to fulfill job duties and responsibilities (including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed)

• Ability to carry/lift boxes weighing between 10 and 25 pounds

• Must be able to ascend and descend stairs regularly as part of daily job duties

• At least 2-3 years of experience working in housekeeping, preferably in a behavioral healthcare or healthcare setting
