Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates to join our team in Shippensburg, PA. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and delivering high-quality warehouse operations with a focus on forklift and clamp truck workflows.

You will train new hires, investigate product handling issues, and coach staff on process improvements while supporting supervisors to meet productivity targets. Eligibility includes the ability to pass a background check and drug screening, with ample opportunities for

Qualifications

• 4 years of warehouse experience required.
• 2 years of inventory or materials management experience preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior forklift certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office preferred.
• Ability to learn proprietary software.

Responsabilités

• Primary trainer for Clamp Truck operators (new hires or retraining).
• Root cause investigations of product placement and associate handling.
• Identify and audit processes and coach on improvement.
• Provide process & project visibility to Operations Supervisor.
• Lead and comply with Safety and Well Being efforts on shift.
• Load and unload trailers with a stand up electric clamp truck.
