J+M Infrastructure in Lynchburg, VA, seeks a seasoned Site Superintendent to lead multi-site operations on underground utilities and piping projects. You will keep crews aligned, reassure clients, and deliver jobs from kickoff to close with a focus on safety and quality.

The role requires 6+ years in site prep or related civil infrastructure, OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and a valid driver's license. Travel within a 2-hour radius of Lynchburg is expected.

Qualifications

• Six years plus experience in site preparation, commercial civil underground utilities, surface infrastructure, land and public space improvements, or facility rehabilitation.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• A valid driver7s license with a clean driving history is required.

Responsibilities

• Run efficient, multi-site operations prioritizing crew safety.
• Deliver projects ranging from $2.5M to $11M, managing blueprints, plans, schedules, materials, equipment and subcontractors.
• Drive high-quality sitework with precise quantities, surveys, layouts, grading, excavation, underground pipework and regulatory compliance.
• Grow skilled crews of 5-7 through mentorship, field tech support, and on-site development.
• Build strong client partnerships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
