Job summary

J+M Infrastructure, an underground utilities and piping contractor, is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead on-site crews and ensure safe, timely project delivery within our growing portfolio.

You will oversee multi-site operations, mentor crews, manage subcontractors, and maintain strong client relationships while upholding our family‑oriented culture. The role is based in the United States with travel within a 2‑hour radius of Lynchburg, VA.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in site preparation, commercial civil underground utilities, or related field.
• OSHA 30 Certification required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving history.
• Willing to work on-site and travel within a 2-hour radius of Lynchburg, VA.

Responsibilities

• Run efficient, multi-site operations prioritizing crew safety.
• Deliver projects from start to finish, managing plans, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Ensure high-quality sitework with accurate material quantities and layouts.
• Develop and mentor 5–7 crew members, providing hands-on guidance.
• Maintain proactive client communication and issue resolution.
