Job summary

J+M Infrastructure in Chesapeake, VA is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead multi-site operations with a strong emphasis on crew safety and on-time delivery. You will ensure projects run smoothly from on-site kickoff to final handover, coordinating crews, subs, materials, and client communication.

You have 6+ years in site prep and underground utilities, OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in site preparation, underground utilities, or related civil work.
• OSHA 30 certification and CPR/First Aid certification required or in progress.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site operations while prioritizing crew safety.
• Deliver projects valued at $2.5M to $11M, managing plans, schedules, materials, and subs.
• Coordinate blueprints, field layouts, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Develop and grow crews (5–7) through mentorship and hands-on guidance.
• Foster proactive client communication and strong partnerships.
