Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of Civil/Land Development experience.
• EIT or PE license preferred.
• Able to handle multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience in designing projects from concept to construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineer/designer for site development and/or water/wastewater projects.
• Produce construction plans for site layout, grading, drainage, and utility design with calculations and reports.
• Collaborate with team to develop detailed design documents for construction.
• Coordinate submittals and facilitate regulatory approvals and permits.
