Job summary

V3 Companies, a multidisciplinary AEC firm, is seeking a Project Manager in our Charlotte, NC office. You will lead complex land development projects and guide a team of civil engineers and designers to deliver client-focused solutions.

You’ll manage site design, coordinate with clients, and drive sustainable urban development, working within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment that values mentorship and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• 9+ years of site/civil engineering experience with land development.
• Professional Engineering license in North Carolina.
• Able to attend, participate in, and lead training sessions and management meetings.
• Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineers and designers, fostering creativity and excellence.
• Oversee civil site design projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Build strong client partnerships by understanding needs and delivering results.
• Explore sustainable practices and creative solutions to enhance projects.
