You will lead site design, grading, drainage, and utility systems for complex projects, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and supporting project delivery across diverse market sectors in the Northeast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in civil/site design, grading, drainage, and permitting support.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater mitigation design software (HydroCAD, Hydraflow Storm Sewers).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead key aspects of site design, grading, drainage, and utilities for complex multi-disciplinary projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to deliver cohesive design packages.
• Review technical reports, construction documents, and cost estimates.
• Mentor junior engineers and assist in technical training and quality review.
