Job summary

Farnsworth Group is seeking a motivated Project Civil Engineer/Manager to join our land development practice in Colorado. This role is ideal for a civil engineer ready to own projects, manage clients, and grow our Denver practice.

Responsibilities include proposals, end-to-end project delivery, private owner driven developments, and collaboration across Farnsworth disciplines. PE license and AutoCAD/Civil 3D experience required.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering from ABET accredited university.
• 8–12 years civil engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience with private owner projects and Colorado Front Range.
• Strong client management and business development abilities.
• Experience using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project proposals.
• Organize and complete projects from inception to completion.
• Plan, design and manage a variety of private owner driven commercial land development projects.
• Collaborate with other Farnsworth Group disciplines.
• Communicate with clients regarding current and future projects.
• Attend city staff and council/board meetings.
• Assist with business development efforts.
