Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in concrete construction, with foreman or lead experience required.
• Proven experience leading crews on large flat concrete pours (critical requirement).
• Experience in heavy civil, utility, or substation construction strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of: formwork systems, rebar installation, concrete placement and finishing practices, site grading and earthwork.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
• Experience operating heavy equipment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Class A CDL is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews in large-volume concrete pours ensuring productivity, quality and safety.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and inspectors.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Train and mentor crew members and enforce safety programs.
