Job summary

HTM Contractors in Honolulu, HI seeks a Civil Construction Foreman to lead field crews on demolition, excavation, utilities and concrete projects across Oahu. You will own daily production, safety, and quality, reporting to the Superintendent and supporting successful project completion from 50k to 3,000,000.

The role offers pay at $63.17/hr with fringe benefits and a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of civil or concrete foreman experience.
• Experience with civil/site work, concrete construction, and utility installation.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Strong leadership and crew management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews (laborers, operators, leadmen).
• Own daily production, safety, and quality in the field.
• Report to the Superintendent and support project completion.
• Execute the daily work plan provided by the Superintendent.
• Coordinate equipment and materials for daily work.
• Complete daily reports and track production.
• Train and mentor crew members.
• Communicate field conditions or issues to the Superintendent.
