Hawaii Works is seeking a high-performing Civil Construction Foreman to lead field crews on demolition, excavation, utilities, and concrete projects across Oahu.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in running a productive crew and building quality work safely and efficiently. You will work directly with the Superintendent and Project Manager to execute projects ranging from $50,000 to $3,000,000, including government and commercial work.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $42.85 per hour
• Fringe: $26.81 per hour
• Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30 PM (Dependent on project start times)

• Support construction crews by performing general labor tasks that assist in completing projects safely and efficiently. Laborers provide essential jobsite support to help skilled workers and crew leaders maintain productivity.
