Job summary

HTM Contractors, Inc. in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Superintendent – Demolition / Excavation to lead field operations and deliver safe, productive projects.

You will drive production, coordinate crews and equipment, enforce safety, manage look-ahead schedules, and ensure quality on demolition, excavation, grading, and infrastructure work while coordinating with GC, subcontractors and vendors.

Qualifications

• Strong demolition, excavation, or infrastructure experience.
• Proven leadership ability.
• Ability to hold crews accountable.
• Understanding of field production and sequencing.
• Experience coordinating equipment, manpower, and subcontractors.
• Safety-focused and disciplined.

Responsibilities

• Lead demolition operations on sites.
