Responsibilities

Lead land development projects from concept through permitting and construction.
Prepare and oversee site layout, grading plans, and drainage design.
Coordinate with local agencies for permitting and approvals.
Prepare engineering reports, calculations, and construction documents.
Review plans for accuracy, quality, and compliance with regulations.
Mentor junior engineers and EITs.
Attend client meetings and participate in business development.
