• Serve as Engineer of Record on-site development projects.
• Lead design of grading, stormwater, utilities, and roadway infrastructure.
• Prepare technical drawings, reports, and permit submittals.
• Coordinate with clients, agency reviewers, and internal teams.
• Mentor EITs and junior engineers.
