Highlander Consultants in Florida seeks a Chief Civil Engineer to lead land development and infrastructure projects. The role requires Florida PE license, strong leadership, and a track record delivering design and permitting for residential and commercial sites.

Qualifications

10+ years of Land Development experience.
Florida PE license is required.
Experience managing residential subdivision and commercial/site design projects.
Strong communication and client coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering design and permitting of land development projects.
Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and milestones for timely delivery.
Act as Engineer of Record and review plans and calculations.
Oversee client and project management activities; coordinate with design teams.
Prepare proposals and assist with monthly billing.
