Job summary

Talon Hiring Solutions is seeking experienced Civil Engineering Leaders to guide the design, planning, and execution of large-scale site development projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor engineers, and drive projects from concept through construction and commissioning.

The role emphasizes compliance with codes and standards, coordination across disciplines, and strong leadership to deliver complex infrastructure and industrial site developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 8+ years of civil engineering experience, with leadership experience for senior/principal level candidates.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or required depending on experience level.
• Strong experience with site development design, stormwater management, drainage systems, utility infrastructure, and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering efforts on large-scale infrastructure, industrial, utility, manufacturing, and site development projects.
• Develop and oversee site grading plans, stormwater management systems, drainage and conveyance systems, and erosion control plans.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, environmental, and project management teams.
• Review submittals, RFIs, field changes, and construction documentation; conduct site visits and field investigations.
