Lead Civil Engineer

Oklahoma City, OK (Hybrid)

$105K–$140K + 14% bonus

An established, Fortune 1000 energy provider with over $2.5B in revenue is seeking a Lead Civil Engineer to support infrastructure and capital projects across generation and distribution assets. This is a direct hire role, and candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future without sponsorship.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee civil/structural planning, design, and inspection
• Lead and coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Solve technical challenges across utility assets like dams, ponds, and power plants
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders on permitting, compliance, and inspections

Qualifications

• PE License (Civil/Structural) – required
• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related discipline - required
• 6+ years of progressive engineering experience
• Experience in electric utility, industrial, or energy sectors preferred
• Experience with site development, permitting, and water/wastewater systems a plus

Work Environment

• Primarily onsite in Oklahoma City (3–4 days/week); hybrid flexibility
• Field work may include inspections in various environmental conditions
• Occasional travel
