Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in Land Development.
• Licensed Professional Engineer is required.
• Full ownership of projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil design projects: Own projects from concept through construction documents.
• Manage budgets and schedules: Keep project budgets, schedules, and client communication on track with minimal oversight.
• Review and mentor: QA/QC the work of less experienced engineers and mentor Project Engineers on technical and process questions.
• Coordinate approvals: Work directly with municipalities, agencies, and other disciplines to keep approvals moving.
• Flag issues early: Surface project or resourcing issues to leadership before they become bigger problems.
• Supervise a small team: Oversee one to three Project Engineers, depending on your experience level.
