Job summary

CORE Consultants, Inc. in Englewood, CO is seeking an experienced civil design leader to own projects from concept to construction documents. You will mentor engineers and drive budgets, schedules, and client communications with minimal oversight.

• Flag issues early: Surface project or resourcing issues to leadership before they become bigger problems.
• Supervise a small team: Oversee one to three Project Engineers, depending on your experience level.

About the Role

Own civil design projects from concept to completion, whatever your experience level, while mentoring the engineers around you.

• At least 2 years of project manager experience: Specifically within Land Development.
• Licensed Professional Engineer: Required for this role.
• Full project ownership experience: You've run projects from concept to completion yourself, not just supported as a coordinator or assistant PM.

Preferred Skills

• Flexible schedule: Generally 8am to 5pm business hours.
• Location: Onsite in Englewood, CO, Wednesday remote days available.

Pay range and compensation package

Pay: $113,000.00 - $148,000.00 per year

Benefits: PTO, health insurance, 401(k), flexible hours, professional development, and 2 paid volunteer days per year. Eligible for CORE's performance-based bonus program.
