Job summary

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in civil engineering or construction management, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency with Primavera, HCSS, or AutoCAD. PMP preferred; on-site role with occasional extended hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in civil construction.
• Experience leading medium to large-scale construction projects.
• Valid construction safety certifications as required by local laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of civil construction projects.
• Develop detailed plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, consultants, and construction teams on-site.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and health & safety standards.
• Manage and resolve project risks, issues, and changes efficiently.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, clients, and senior management regarding project status and updates.
• Prepare and present project reports, documentation, and status updates.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate procurement of materials and equipment and manage inventory.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project specifications and contractual agreements.
