Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an experienced Civil Concrete Foreman to lead commercial and civil concrete construction crews on a variety of site development, infrastructure, roadway, municipal, and public works projects in Reno, NV.

This hands-on role manages daily field operations, coordinates equipment and client interactions, and enforces safety standards to ensure timely, high-quality results. The ideal candidate has extensive flatwork experience, crew supervision, and concrete operations from

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Concrete Foreman or Lead Foreman.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on civil concrete construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret civil plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise concrete crews on commercial and civil projects.
• Plan and coordinate daily work to meet production goals and milestones.
• Mentor and develop crew members while promoting accountability and teamwork.
• Serve as primary field liaison with project management and inspectors.
• Oversee forming, reinforcement placement, and finishing of concrete elements.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project plans and specs.
