Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Transportation Engineering required.
• Three (3) years of progressively responsible traffic engineering experience; one year in a lead/supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee citywide traffic engineering programs and ITS operations.
• Provide technical guidance to City leadership and coordinate with external agencies.
• Manage division budgets and capital investments; develop policies and standards.
• Present technical information to the City Council and public stakeholders.
