Job summary

HP leads the end-to-end engineering, innovation, and deployment of circularity solutions across HP products and packaging, with a primary focus on packaging transformation, recycled and renewable materials, electronics, reuse, repair, takeback, and circular economy systems.

We drive HP’s circular economy strategy by integrating circularity into product design, supply chain operations, and digital data systems, aligning with 2030/2040 management frameworks for scalable, compliant sustainability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Packaging, Environmental, or related).
• 8–12+ years of relevant experience in circular economy and packaging.
• Experience across global supply chains and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead circular packaging innovation from concept to deployment across HP products.
• Drive renewable and recyclable packaging solutions and material integration.
• Ensure compliance with global requirements (EPR, SB54, PPWR) and standards.
• Scale reuse, repair, and takeback programs across HP portfolios.
• Partner with R&D, procurement, and data teams to embed circularity in design.
