You will drive design for circularity, scalability, and compliance within global supply chains. Role requires 8–12+ years in circular economy, packaging engineering, or sustainable materials, with cross-functional leadership and strong data proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required with 8–12+ years in circular economy or sustainable materials.
• Experience spanning packaging engineering, materials science, and circular material integration.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across global supply chains and R&D teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of renewable and recyclable packaging solutions.
• Drive integration of post-consumer recycled plastics and renewable materials.
• Embed circularity in product design, durability, and repairability.
• Scale reuse, repair, and takeback across HP portfolios.
• Partner with data teams to build enterprise data platforms for sustainability reporting.
• Collaborate across engineering, procurement, supply chain, and sustainability.
