Job summary

Air Comfort Solutions and Advantage Plumbing, Heating & Air seeks a Lead Liner Technician to head CIPP lining projects across Oklahoma. You will oversee field crews, operate specialized equipment, and ensure safe, high-quality installations while maintaining customer satisfaction.

You’ll travel across Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Stillwater to meet project needs and mentor teammates, with a strong focus on safety and documentation via ServiceTitan.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, drain cleaning, trenchless sewer rehabilitation, underground utilities, or a related trade.
• Field leadership experience in construction, plumbing, utilities, or service operations.
• Ability to read inspection reports, measurements, and project specifications.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Lead trenchless sewer and drain lining installations.
• Perform pre- and post-installation camera inspections.
• Clean and prepare pipelines using hydro jetting, root cutting, chain knockers, and other equipment.
• Measure, prepare, and install CIPP liners according to manufacturer specifications.
• Operate trenchless equipment including inversion drums, curing systems, inspection cameras, compressors, and generators.
• Monitor curing processes and perform quality inspections.
• Troubleshoot field challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Lead, train, and mentor crew members.
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for customers and internal teams.
• Complete job documentation and project updates using ServiceTitan.
• Maintain trucks, trailers, tools, cameras, and installation equipment.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, company safety policies, and industry best practices.
