Job summary

Air Comfort Solutions and Advantage Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking a Lead Liner Technician to oversee CIPP lining projects across Oklahoma. You will lead field crews, operate specialized equipment, and ensure high-quality installations while prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.

Travel is required throughout Oklahoma, including Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Stillwater. A strong background in trenchless sewer rehabilitation and leadership is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading trenchless sewer rehabilitation projects.
• Strong leadership, safety, and customer-service focus.
• Ability to travel across Oklahoma.
• Experience operating trenchless equipment and leading field crews.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and ability to pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead trenchless sewer and drain lining installations.
• Perform pre- and post-installation camera inspections.
• Prepare pipelines using hydro jetting, root cutting, chain knockers, and related tools.
• Measure, prepare, and install CIPP liners per manufacturer specs.
• Operate trenchless equipment: inversion drums, curing systems, cameras, compressors, generators.
• Monitor curing processes and conduct quality inspections.
• Troubleshoot field challenges and provide effective solutions.
• Lead, train, and mentor crew members.
• Serve as primary onsite contact for customers and internal teams.
• Complete job documentation and updates using ServiceTitan.
• Maintain trucks, trailers, tools, and installation equipment.
• Ensure OSHA standards and safety policies are followed.

Who We AreAir Comfort Solutions and Advantage Plumbing, Heating & Air is growing our trenchless sewer rehabilitation division and looking for experienced professionals to join our team. We provide innovative sewer and drain solutions that minimize property disruption while delivering long-lasting results.

Position SummaryAs a Lead Liner Technician, you'll lead CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) lining projects from start to finish, oversee field crews, operate specialized equipment, and ensure high-quality installations. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Travel is required throughout Oklahoma, including Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Stillwater.

What You'll Do

• Lead trenchless sewer and drain lining installations.
• Perform pre- and post-installation camera inspections.
• Clean and prepare pipelines using hydro jetting, root cutting, chain knockers, and other equipment.

What We\'re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, drain cleaning, trenchless sewer rehabilitation, underground utilities, or a related trade.
• Field leadership experience in construction, plumbing, utilities, or service operations.
• Experience operating power tools and rehabilitation equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to read inspection reports, measurements, and project specifications.
• Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout Oklahoma.

Preferred Qualifications

• CIPP lining experience.
• Hydro jetting and drain cleaning experience.
• Sewer camera inspection experience.
• ServiceTitan experience.
• OSHA, NASSCO, CDL, or trailer towing certifications/experience.
