Job summary

Utility Services Group in Camp Hill, PA is seeking a CIPP Lining Team Lead to supervise trenchless lining projects from planning through post-inspection. You will manage field crews, coordinate equipment mobilization, and ensure QA/QC.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and CCTV data, enforcing safety and environmental standards, training staff, and maintaining project logs and reports.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee CIPP lining projects from pre-installation planning through curing, inspections, and final documentation.
• Operate and supervise UV curing, inversion, and pipe rehabilitation equipment per project specs.
• Read pipeline drawings, CCTV reports, and site plans to determine liner sizing and access points.
• Coordinate mobilization, staging, wet-out, liner installation, curing, and post-installation testing.
• Ensure lining processes meet NASSCO, ASTM F1743/F2019, and local standards.
• Direct crew on confined space entry, pipeline access, liner handling, and curing procedures.
• Monitor curing controls, temperature, pressure, and liner expansion for quality and integrity.
• Maintain project logs, resin batch data, daily reports, and post-cure inspection records.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to resolve field challenges.
• Train and mentor crew on trenchless methods, safety, and equipment operations.
• Enforce job site safety, PPE compliance, and environmental practices.

• Lead and oversee CIPP lining projects from pre-installation planning through curing, inspections, and final documentation
• Operate and supervise specialized UV curing, inversion, and pipe rehabilitation equipment according to project specifications
• Read pipeline drawings, CCTV inspection reports, and site plans to determine liner sizing, staging location, and access points
• Coordinate mobilization, staging, wet-out, liner installation, curing, and post-installation testing (air, pressure, CCTV verification)
• Ensure lining processes meet NASSCO, ASTM F1743/F2019, and local municipal standards
• Direct crew members on safe confined space entry, pipeline access, liner handling, and curing procedures
• Monitor curing controls, temperature, pressure, and liner expansion to ensure quality and structural integrity
• Maintain accurate project logs, resin batch information, daily reports, and post-cure inspection records
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to resolve technical or field-related challenges
• Train and mentor crew members on trenchless lining methods, safety protocols, and equipment operations
