Qualifications

• Six months of supervisory experience or more is required.
• Solid math and computer skills for daily operations.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Impeccable money-handling skills and integrity.
• Ability to stay calm and make good decisions under pressure.
• Exemplary guest service and staff coordination abilities.
• Willingness to perform duties across departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations in assigned area including staff allocation and guest service.
• Oversee cleanliness and organization of the theater area.
• Lead shifts to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Interact with POS and software to reconcile receipts daily.
• Assist with inventory management and stock levels.
• Train, coach and discipline staff as required.
• Communicate clearly with personnel at all levels of the theater.
