Job summary

MedWiz Solutions, LLC leads a Clinical Intervention Center Pharmacist team, overseeing daily CIC operations and ensuring safe, timely medication therapy management across multiple pharmacies. Qualifications

• Doctorate of Pharmacy with active state license required.
• Minimum 1–3 years of pharmaceutical experience; LTC experience preferred.
• Strong communication and training abilities; capable of mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily CIC Pharmacist operations across facilities.
• Mentor CIC pharmacists and assist with onboarding.
• Monitor clinical clarifications via eMAR and dispense history.
• Evaluate STAT requests and routing through TracRX service.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and internal policies.
• Identify performance trends and suggest operational improvements.
• Handle internal/external communications and training initiatives.
