Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a CI Instructor for the DCAC, RDA, and surveillance programs to support the DoD/IC mission in the DC area. You will deliver world-class instruction to Defense Intelligence Agency personnel and ensure readiness through advanced training.

The role requires TS/SCI with poly, 5 years of related experience, and completion of a CI Special Agent credentialing program (JClTA NSlC or IC equivalent). Travel within NCR/CONUS is expected.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Poly or ability to obtain poly.
• Five years of demonstrated experience conducting DCAC, Counterintelligence Surveillance, or Counterintelligence RDA.
• Graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school (JClTA NSlC) or IC equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class DoD CI Cl Agent Course (DCAC) instruction, Counterintelligence Surveillance Instructor, or Counterintelligence RDA Instruction.
• Plan, develop, and execute training certification for entry level understanding of Defense Agency CI missions and functions instruction.
• Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises that may include weekends and travel within the NCR and CONUS.
• Employ blended learning techniques including eLearning, lectures, discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations.

The Opportunity

The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA) program is the crown jewel of the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) enterprise in enabling CI personnel in their mission to protect our nation from adversarial threats. CI Agents' abilities to counter espionage, terrorism, and insider threats hinge upon JCITA's advanced CI training. From its inception, our JCITA Instructor program has grown and evolved well past the original vision. Changes in the CI landscape have necessitated the support of an agile, innovative team, and a solid business partner in CACI, to ensure the program continues to deliver the quantity and quality of training for a successful DoD CI program.

• You are responsible for providing world-class DoD Cl Agent Course (DCAC) instruction, Counterintelligence Surveillance Instructor, OR Counterintelligence RDA Instruction
• Plan, develop, and execute training certification for entry level understanding of Defense Agency CI missions and functions Instruction.
• Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises that frequently exceed 8-hours a day, includes weekends, and requires travel within the NCR and CONUS.
• Employ blended learning techniques to include a combination of eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks.

• Five (5) years of demonstrated experience conducting (DCAC) , Counterintelligence Surveillance, OR Counterintelligence RDA
• Knowledge of the Cl missions and functions required.
• Graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school, must be a graduate of JClTA NSlC, OR an IC school equivalent.

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

The Proposed Salary Range For This Position Is

$70,800 - $148,600
